Spa Guidelines
- Enjoy a large hot tub, a refreshing cool rinse shower, and a private outdoor shower with hot and cold options, all stocked with premium, locally sourced amenities. Relax in our serene zen garden before and after your treatments, & indulge in our specialty spa water & herbal teas made from herbs, plants, & flowers. All facilities are available to guests with a scheduled spa treatment.
- We strive to maintain a peaceful environment at Beauty By Nature Maui. Please speak softly, silence your phones, and leave valuables at home. Calls can be taken in the parking area. We love it when you capture memories with photos or videos—just be mindful to only include yourself and your friends to respect the privacy of other guests. Remember to tag us when you share!
- Facial & waxing clients please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. Have a seat in our waiting area & your esthetician will be right with you.
- Spa Guests (Massage, Tubs, Scrubs, Etc) Please arrive 15-20 Mins early to check in & take care of payment, allowing you to fully relax before your treatment. Enjoy a private outdoor shower or a soak in our hot tub before or after your session, & leave at your leisure. You’ll receive a locker with a lock & key for your belongings, along with a luxury robe & Turkish towel. Don’t forget your swimsuit, rubber slippers for wet areas, & a hair tie for women. (We are not responsible for lost items.)

SPA FACILITIES
- We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness & sanitation for your health & safety. Our trained practitioners will always check in on your comfort levels. Please be mindful of uneven surfaces in the garden areas. Use the hot tub with caution, as it may cause lightheadedness, dizziness, or overheating, & is not recommended for those with high blood pressure. Please shower with soap before using the hot tub to remove oils, lotions, & makeup. Our hot tub is professionally maintained, chlorinated, & sanitized weekly. Pregnant, nursing, or menstruating women should refrain from using the hot tub. Please notify our spa concierge & your therapist of any allergies or concerns so we can best accommodate your needs. Beauty By Nature Maui uses only the highest quality natural & organic skincare products.
